Refund policy

Due to the nature of knives, blades and controlled items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, misuse, or where a customer decides they no longer want the product.

All items must be purchased by customers aged 18 years or older. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally permitted to purchase and possess the item in your state or territory.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order where:

  • the customer cannot verify they are 18+;
  • the item is restricted or prohibited in the delivery location;
  • we believe the purchase may be unlawful, unsafe or inappropriate;
  • the shipping details, identity or age verification cannot be confirmed.

Returned items, where approved, must be:

  • unused;
  • undamaged;
  • in original packaging;
  • not sharpened, modified, carried or used;
  • returned only after written approval from us.

For safety and legal compliance reasons, we may refuse returns of used, opened, altered, damaged, sharpened or unsafely packaged blades.

This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major fault, is not as described, or does not meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as required by law.

Important: Products are sold for lawful, legitimate use only. We do not sell weapons for self-defence, intimidation or unlawful carry. Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with their local laws before purchasing.
